Function and Application:-
Paracetamol is an antipyretic and analgesic drug.
Paracetamol is inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins in the hypothalamic body temperature by inhibiting cyclooxygenase, leading to peripheral vasodilatation and sweating to achieve antipyretic effect.
Aspirin's antipyretic effect is the same as paracetamol, it inhibits the synthesis and release of prostaglandins and enhances the pain threshold and acts as an analgesic.
It belongs to peripheral analgesics and is weaker than aspirin. It is only effective for mild to moderate pain. This product has no obvious anti-inflammatory effect.

Oral paracetamol is 0.5 to 1g,every 4AcA A 6 hours up to a maximum of 4g in 24 hours.
Older People
No dose reduction

Side effects:
1.Low fever with nausea, stomach pain, and loss of appetite;
2.Dark urine, clay-colored stools;
3.Jaundice (yellowing of the eyes or skin).

You can use paracetamol to:
1.When you have the flu (influenza).
2.Ease mild to moderate pain.
3.For ease headaches, sprains, toothache or the symptoms of a cold.
4.Control a fever (also known as pyrexia).
