The ACEWA SP Tablet is a pain reliever. It is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis by reducing pain and inflammation. It can also help with muscle pain, back discomfort, toothaches, and ear and throat pain. With or without food, ACEWA SP Tablet should be taken. You should take it as directed by your doctor on a regular basis. Depending on your pain level and needs, your doctor may adjust the dose and the time between doses. Do not take more or use it for longer than your doctor has prescribed. Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, loss of appetite, heartburn, and diarrhoea are some of the major side effects of this medication. If any of these side effects annoy you or do not go away after a reasonable amount of time, you should contact your doctor.
