Advanced Fully Automatic Chain Assembling Machine

This system is designed to produce single pitch chains only. It is built with integrated Pallet conveyor system with 0.05mm positioning accuracy. There are different stations provided in the system and are designed and caliberated to deliver the required positioning accuracy and assembly driving requirements.The control panel is provided with 17 LCD color monitor to show the system status at any given point of time. The 7 touch screen with 7 colour graphics LCD provides a very easy navigation through the menu system and a very user friendly control system. Individual alarm is built in all work stations to indicate any flaw in the process or components. The hard joint alarm is also provided so that in case of excessive interference, the system will produce alarm for parts replacement, thereby no modification or corrective action is required after riveting. The control panel is much illustrative with graphics and bars to understand the system status at any time during the operation. Loading of chain elements and unloading of riveted chain are manually to be done. All feeding systems are capable of positioning and feeding the chain links and other components at regular intervals. Suitable fool proofing systems are incorporated in the feeding system to take care of any malfunctioning or misplacements. Position restoring mechanisms are provided to detect and correct any wrong positioning of the components in the system.
