Then cut to sheets for using in inner and outer wall, sandwich panel, 3D panel etc. The purpose of using EPS sheets in building is to get heat insulation and sound insulation. Machine feature is:
1.With PLC and touch screen for auto controlling mould opening, mould closing, material filling, steaming, vacuum cooling, demoulding and ejecting.
2.Material filling is by blower suction and cooling is by blower.
3.Mould cavity surface is PTFE coated to ensure easy de-moulding and good finish of final block.
4.Mould plate is of good quality aluminum alloy, high efficient heat conduction, good strength and long life.
