Alloy Screws

We are offering our customers a wide range of Alloy Screws. To increase the service life, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance of the screws and barrels, we also produce the screws with an alloy layer on the screw surface. We spray the alloy powder on the screw surface with the HVOF high speed spraying equipment. To ensure the quality of the alloy layer, our alloy powders are mainly supplied by Stellite Company.
Three styles of bimetallic screws
Alloy layer on the top of thread, with the thickness of 1mm~2mm
Alloy layer on the top and one side of thread, with the thickness of 1mm~2mm
Alloy layer on the entire screw surface, with the thickness of 1mm~2mm
