Aspiration Grain Cleaner With Decanter Pa-d

These Aspiration Grain Cleaner With Decanter PA-D removes light particles and straw present in the product. The machine is installed after the dryer or where there is product to be cleaned of only dust or light impurities. It is essential for cleaning grain that has to be stored as it reduces the risk of overheating, which can be caused by chaff, husks, split grains etc.

CONSTRUCTION

OPERATION
The product enters by way of gravity into a motorized roller distributor and is evenly distributed over the whole width. The product subsequently descends as a curtain and encounters a cross airflow, which removes light impurities (decanted by a cyclone or filter) and deposits a part of the heavier impurities in a decanting hopper, equipped with an auger for reject expulsion. The light impurities are decanted by a cyclone or filter.
