Automatic Processing Center (Schnell Eura 16 Dual)

We are offering Automatic Processing Center (Schnell Eura 16 Dual) which is a dual-direction bender, with 2 bending heads, apt to manufacture stirrups and rebars with bends at both ends processing both hot and cold-drawn steel in coils, using wires of up to A 16 mm or double A 12 mm. It is equipped with fixed rebar collecting bench, stirrup collecting flap, wire inlet unit, and Sapiens Technology which makes the straightening system completely automatic. Eura 16 Evo allows producing profiles thanks to an upper operating line where the right-hand bends of the profile are made, and a lower line where the left-hand bends are made.
