Bakson Hameopathy Throat Aid Tablets

Bakson hemopathy thrombosis (BHT) is a rare disorder characterized by the presence of multiple petechial hemorrhages over the skin and mucous membranes, and can present with or without fever. The disease is primarily discussed in children, yet still may occur in adults. Pathophysiology involves vasculitis but there has been much debate regarding its true pathogenesis. BHT has also been reported to cause systemic manifestations like hepatomegaly, splenomegaly, nephrotic syndrome and lactic acidosis. Clinical presentation is often quite confusing as it could mimic several other diseases including Kawasaki disease, rheumatic fever, drug-treated vasculitis or me thamphetamine use. Treatment options include cortico-ste roids or cyclophosphamide combined with intravenous immunoglobulins such as intravenous Gammagard d 2/quinolones and/or oral corticoste roids. BHT has recently been associated with platelet thrombocytopathy secondary to antibody inducing endothelial damage that triggers platelet aggregation leading to thrombosis
