Ball Mill is highly balanced mechanism for mixing and size reduction process and is designed on the basis of chemical process and requirements.

Ball Mill is fabricated from MS plate and both the end heavy-duty shafts are to be provided. Manhole and balanced weight is also provided. The statistically balanced shell is rotated on the shaft. The shell is holding on the frame, which is made of heavy-duty channel. Bearing pedestal, spur gear set, motor also fitted with the frame Speed reduction is made by heavy duty MS Spur gear set or Reduction Gear Box and V-belt drive. Shell is rotated at, generally, 20 o 35 RPM.

Performance : Ball Mill is most suitable for size reduction and mixing the materials with 300-mesh size.
