Bamboo Mat Board

Our bamboo mat board is made from hand woven bamboo mats and phenol formaldehyde resin. It is approved by BIS standard IS: 13958-1994. This is available in 4mm to 18 mm thickness and size 4 feet by 8 feet. The board is useful for interior & exterior application like false ceiling, wall panel, furniture, prefab housing. The Pf resin gives the board water resistant quality. The PF resin is acceptable in the world because formaldehyde emission is negligible and it is according to international standard. The comparative strength properties are better than structural plywood because of cross weaving of bamboo mats. The boards are water resistant, termite and borer proof. Thinner but stronger like 4mm of BMB provide strength equal to 6mm BWP grade plywood and 8mm BMB strength equal to 10mm. Physical & Mechanical properties at par with waterproof plywood. It is resistant to water because of phenolic resin bonding. It is a fire retardant product. Good internal bond strength and resistant to decay insects and termites. There is no need of any lamination because good aesthetic appearance.
