Operator can put the batteries on conveyor, battery will first automatically drain out the acid & store it in tank for avoiding harmful contaminated particles, then battery parts are automatically taken out of the battery & the parts are sent for their separation automatically, therefore all the parts are in their individual tanks, after wards, the lead can be directly sent to the furnace, the plant can be customised as per the customer's budget & their space, plant is in various production capacities & available part by part.
