Battery Gauntlet Making Equipment

Through different trial and errors over a decade, we have developed Battery Gauntlet Making Equipment for production of Battery Gauntlet (PT Bags) particularly used in Tubular Batteries. The key item of our equipment is a specially designed Heat exchanger, which is capable of providing a combination of vertical up and down airflow to contact the product from both top and bottom of the equipment. Heat is generated by a modulating type natural gas/ LPG fired burner system mounted with the Heat exchanger and it is directly linked with the Temperature monitoring device.
