Ingredients
Poha (flattened rice)1/2 cup
Brinjal1
Peas1 cup
Cumin seeds1/4 tsp
Coriander Power1/4 tsp
Chilly powder1/4 tsp
chopped Coriander leaves1/2 tsp
Saltas needed
Mustard1/2 tsp
Turmeric powdera pinch
Asafoetida powdera pinch
Oilas needed
Method
1.Soak the poha in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes.
2.Cut the brinjal into pieces
3.Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add the cumin seeds and mustard seeds, saute until splutters.
4.When the seeds splutter, add the brinjal and peas with the remaining ingredients except poha and coriander leaves, mix well.
5.Add 2 tsp of water and steam the vegetables for 2-3 whistle until done.
6.Open the lid, add the soaked poha and salt,mix well.
7.Cook for couple of minutes and remove from heat.
8.Garnish with the coriander.
