Butt Fusion Machine

These Butt Fusion Machine easy to install and operate. Suitable for PE pipe connection. Computer controlled fusion process which heating up, heat soaking, change over time and cooling process are automatically calculated and controlled. Electro Control Unit is fitted with Chinese/English LCD Display. The computer will assist the operator during welding operation. The operator needs not to calculate pressure, time and temperature require for welding. Built in data recorder for evaluating and documenting the welding parameter. This field report can also print out for reference or save keeping. These welding machines are equipped with main body(chassis), a heater, an electro control unit and a trimmer.

Lightweight and compact designed suitable for on site work and working in areas of limited access.Chassis provided with four clamps for a secure grip and radial alignment of pipe.Trimmer firmly mounting absorbs trimming pressure ensuring parallel pipe ends.Heating plate with PTFE coating and Anti -stick long life coating.The PTFE coating plate changeable and the temperature is controlled by digital temperature controlled for accurate temperature setting.Electro Control Unit controlled all stages of the welding process.All the setting and configuration for welding are programmed in the electro control unit.
