Character : Carbomer 940/Cosmetics Grade can produce a permanent low-viscosity emulsions and colloidal suspensions arising from high level of transparency,and has good properties of iron-resistance.
Usage:Efficient thickening effect, applicable to moist cream, emulsion, facial cleanser, Sunscreen product,non-alcohol perfume, hair conditioner
