Carbonel Non-Asbestos packing is a specially developed packing made from Carbon yarn reinforced with special quality inconel wire. Its inherent chemical stability, high thermal conductivity and low friction co-efficient makes it ideally suited to sealing applications involving high temperatures and pressures.
Service: The highly carbonised structure with metal reinforcement makes this packing suitable for high performance of superheated high temperature & pressure steam valves including main stop valves, control valves,etc.
RECOMMENDED:
Temperature : - 200A C to 950A C
Pressure : upto 700 Bar
PH : 1 - 12
Sizes 3 mm to 5 mm is supplied in spools of 10 mtrs.
Sizes above 5 mm is supplied in Boxes/Kgs.
For exceptional performance, die formed packing is recommended.
