We are engaged in the business of importing, trading and supplying highly qualitative Carburising And Carbonitriding Plant from Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. If there is any requirement for our customers for Case hardening such as Carburising, Carbonitriding and Bright hardening. We are equipped with Pit type Electrically Heated Gas Carburising and Carbonitriding Furnaces. The main Speciality of these furnaces is that we can achieve uniform Case Depth, less decarb layer, and minimum Distortion on the Component.

Useful Dia: 1000 mm
Height of Job: 1300 mm
Max Temp: 1000 deg C.

Capacity of the Electrically Heated Tempering furnace: 1500 kgs
Useful Dia: 1000 mm
Height of Job: 1300 mm
Max Temp: 700 deg C.

These furnaces are PID Controlled and are mapped at three locations to achieve uniform temperature of +/- 3 Deg C.
