Carton Feeders And Stacker

We are providing Carton Feeders And Stacker to our esteemed clients. The cartons are stacked on the feeding table, each stroke of the m/c takes one carton from the stack and slips it into asset of rollers & rolls move it on the printing conveyor. The belt is black polyester belt with black top suitable for inkjet printing, after printing the cartons are collected on a stacking conveyor.

* For filling the cartons in the magazine, need not stop the m/c,just go on filling
* No weight is required on the stack, Min level mark is on the table
* AC frequency drives for variable speed.
* Separate drives for Printing & Feeder- Set the printing speed and then go for feeder,
* This saves setting of printing delay

* Stacking of cartons on a conveyor, only one worker can give a speed of 120 cartons per min.
