DSK manufactures CNC Spring Grinding Machine considering vital aspect of grinding process. E1 & E2 critical parameters are achieved by controlling machine parameter very closely.

Specification :
* Grinding process is majorly done on compression springs. As in many applications spring has to stand straight, mate flush with flat surface, exerting uniform pressure maintaining consisting length. These springs are to be ground.
* E1 & E2 are very critical parameters to be maintained on grinding even though after controlling in coiling of springs.
* There are three basic type of Grinding machines viz. Crush Grinders, End Grinders (Self Weight Grinders) and Automatic Down-feed Grinders.
* These Machine are offered in different models SG2, SG3, SG5, SG6, SG8 AND SG12 depending on the range of wire diameters to be ground.
* Lower models are Mechanically operated (can be offered with CNC down-feed) Higher Models SG8 & SG12 and crush and CNC down-feed machines.
