Cng Cylinder Cascades

We supplies CNG Cylinder Cascades for the storage and transportation of the gas from on-line stations to daughter stations, mobile gensets etc. These cascades are suitable for mounting on lcvs, and come with various water capacities and storage pressures to meet specific customer requirements.

The cascade, freestanding type with high pressure seamless gas cylinders for cng gas service suitable for a filling pressure of 250 kg/cm2 at 15A c. High pressure seamless cylinders are assembled inside a sturdy frame in three independent banks i. E. Low bank, medium bank and high bank. The cylinders are mounted in the frame such that there is no lateral or rotational movement of the cylinder during transportation. The cylinders assembled keeping a minimum gap of 30mm between them. The frame have a lifting eye to facilitate lifting with the crane as well as forklift with full weight of cylinder filled with gas, and have suitable tie down clamps at the base. The cascades are painted with a special paint to withstand environmental corrosion.

The manifolding are suitable for three line sequential filling through the dispenser. All fittings and valves are of ss 316 rated for the working pressure. Each bank has a liquid pressure guage 0-400 kg/cm2 assembled in a manifold block. All tubings are ss 316 confirming to astm a 269 suitable to absorb contraction, expansion and vibration.
