Cold Pressed Natural Cooking Oil

We are recognized supplier of Cold Pressed Natural Cooking Oil in Vasai, Maharashtra, India. We offer groundnut oil, sesame oil and coconut oil. We use wooden rotary oil churner for oil extraction process. In the entire oil extraction process temperature never crosses 45 degree celcius and zero chemicals/solvents are used. After oil extraction we use specially made food grade steel tanks for gravity sedimentation process for filtration of the oils. No force filteration is used as force filteration generates excess pressure and heat which destroys vital nutrients. After gravity sedimentation oil is directly packed as per the requirement. We hand pick oil seeds during our grading process before production to prevent any mould and fungas formation. Oil seeds are stored in air tight galvanized tanks.

We have fully equipped manufacturing facility with required license and documents issued by our government. Our team is highly specialized with required certificates and gear.

Our monthly manufacturing capacity is ~2.5 tonns and can be raised if required.

Our oils are 100% natural and cold pressed without using any heat, chemicals and solvents. No preservatives, stabilizers or anti-foaming agents are added in the oil. Our oils are tested in government authorised analytical laboratories for all the required stabdards.
