These Colloid Mill Machine is suitable for Homogenizing, Emulsifying Dispensing, Mixing, Commuting of liquids to highly viscous products, it is based on rotor-stator principle. It is available water jacketed model.Output-120 to 12000 Kg./shift. Particle size reduction 5 to 10 micron.
No castings are used for avoiding contamination problems. Ball Valve for draining and recirculation of liquids provided as standard. Extra discharge spout provided as a standard for viscous products. The machine works on 3 H.P. motor 2800 RPM 440 volt with coupling mechanism.
All contact parts are made out of S.S. 316 quality and body cladded with S.S. 304 sheet.
Stainless Steel parts polished as matt finish.
