Unkike oil fired boilers, solid fuel fired boilers are not provided with modulation mechanism. Hence steam pressure fluctuation and low load and fluctuating load conditions are difficult to manage in solid fuel fired boilers including FBC boilers. EffiPAK address this by automation and control using PID loops, variable frequency drive and control mechanism. It also helps to save energy and fuel.
