 Condenser:Condenser used to condense a
substance to Liquid state from Vapor state, typically by cooling it.
In doing so, the latent heat is given up by the substance, and will
transfer to the condenser coolent. Condensers are also called as heat
exchangers which can be designed in various design and come in many sizes ranging from
2m2 to 40m2.
These Condensers are used in Herbal and chemical
industry, Shell and Tube type condensers are used to condense solvent
vapors. Usually Vapors are passed into shell and Cooling water is
passed through tubes in counter current direction.
