Application:
As a key part of covering machine,Covering Spindle is used for winding the chemical fibers as true silk,polyester filament,cotton and wool fibers on the spandex core.
The external diameter is 65~90mm, length is 106~150mm, and is applicable to the production of all types of covered yarn
Main Technical Features:
1. It has national patent: ZL 00 2 20240.9, ZL2004 2 0080591.X, adopts high-precision spindle blade, with high-quality roller bearing, bolster inside, the bearing uses special material :damping, antirust and wear-resisting
2. Mainly dimension: 352.5
3. Yarn Tube dimension: 1Kg, I 90A I 40A 150
4. Applicable rotating speed: 10000~30000r/min
5. Applicable spinning Varieties: spandex covered yarn/spun yarn
6. Power consumption:a 30W
