Cradle Type Decoiler Cum Straightener are built to provide a straightened stock to the press for better quality of quality of finished products. Power driven, hardened and ground pinch rollers supported in needle bearings, have enough power to unwind the stock. Hardened and ground straightening rollers centrally adjustable are supported in needle bearings. Loop control system automatically trips the motor on & off and ensures the required stock advance per minute. Variable drive in provided to match the straightened feed according to the feed of the press. Four power driven hardened & ground coil rest rollers in the cradle mounted in anti friction bearing arranged in arc to equalize weight distribution. Both inner frames are easily adjustable to accommodate stock width.
