Crimm And Cz Series Hydrocyclones

CRIMM And CZ Series Hydrocyclones is a device to classify, separate or sort particles in a liquid suspension based on the ratio of their centripetal force to fluid resistance. The feed is introduced under pressure through the tangential entry at a high speed. The motion of feed, mix of media and material particles forms centrifugal force field.

Application :
CZ hydro cyclones have found wide applications in
1. Combination with grinding mills in closed-circuit classification;
2. Combination with fine screens in closed-circuit multi-classification;
3. Desliming before tailings impoundment;
4. Degritting in non-metallic minerals processing;
