We manufacture and supply Crimp Micrograph Laboratory in Pune, Maharashtra, India. DURACRIMP Is a system for inspecting crimp cross section. It is a fully self-contained unit a consists of crimp cutting / grinding & etching unit, small foot print PC, Monitor, KB/Mouse. There is no need to connect to a separate PC. It uses high resolution industrial camera with integrated lens and light. It measures and records all relevant crimp parameters like crimp width, height, support angle, height, CFE, DFE, base thickness, enclosed area and strand count. Crimp size a up to 20 sq mm (can be extended if required). It has distinctive features like multi-level password protection, audit trail, reports in image as well as MS XLS format etc.
