Custom Automobile Casting

Custom Automobile Casting is done to make wheel alloy, shaft, gear assemblies, engine casing, fuel tank, pipes, and stator. It is fabricated with the help of die casting technology in which melted metal is injected under high pressure into a die cavity made by joining two separate parts. This is later cooled and die is opened to remove the formed product with ease. To prevent sticking, interior part of mold cavity can also be applied with a lubricant.
