Dafi s diclofenac and serratiopeptidase medicine is a combination of diclofenac and serratiopeptidase. Diclofenac is a non anti inflammatory drug, or nsaid, which reduces pain and inflammation. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that helps break down the fibrin, or sticky, protein in blood clots. Together, these two ingredients can provide relief from pain and inflammation, as well as help break down blood clots. It is not recommended for people with asthma, an ulcer, or a bleeding disorder. This medication should not be used to treat any condition other than the ones listed. It is typically taken two times a day for two to four weeks. This medication may cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, stomach pain and diarrhea.
