Incase of exceptional structure deformity or mounting assembly defects, the Weight display can be adjusted using smart calibration feature which only requires entering the correction factor using the sky board on the Weight Indicator. Corner correction is normally not required when the Weigh Bridge is designed using digital Load Cell. However, in case of exceptional structure deformity or mounting assembly defects, the corner errors can be removed with minimal efforts. Only correction factors are to be entered through key board for corner error correction. Since the Load Cell are pre calibrated, it offers a facility of easy field replace ability. After field replacement, no calibration and no corner correction is required.
