Double Action Bundling Press

Double Action Bundling Press is used for making bales of all kind of loose metal scrap. It bundles scrap with the help of powerful hydraulic cylinders at both the axises (X & Y).

We manufacture various modles of double action scrap blaing press are that make 50 Kg to 250 Kg bundle weight, having production capacity of 500 Kg/Hr. to 2.5 Tons/Hr.

Bundled scrap is sold at a higher price in the market since it is easier to transport, greater quantity (weight) of bundled scrap can be loaded in the truck making transportation cheap, bundled scrap is managable since number of bundles can be counted, it reduces the floor space requirement, it also allows greater quantity of scrap to be filled in the furnace reducing heating loss in case of melting.
