These DXGF Model Carbonated Beverage Filling Machine is intergrated rinsing, filling and capping machine for PET bottle.
The monobloc carbonated washing-filling-capping units have the three- function of washer, filler and capper in one body, adopting full automation in production process. key parts are machined on NC tool. No bottle no filling, no bottle no capping. Human- computer interface operational screen make it automation.
Therefore, it is ideal equipment for bottling carbonated beverage such as carbonated water and cola.
II. TECHNICAL PARAMETERS
General processing (spray rinsing-filling-capping integrated machines)
1. Washing Bottles
1.1 Rinsing and dripping the bottles, they were gripped by bottle clamp will make another 180A turn along a guide track to resume bottle mouth facing up position.
2. Filling part
2.1 Entering the filler, bottles are retained by neck supporting carrier plates, which are actuated by bottle carrier mechanism to raise them to engage with filling valves.
3. Sealing Part
3.1 Bottle carrier mechanism is lowered by a cam to disengage filled bottles with filling valves. Then bottles are transferred into the capper by a neck handling wheel.
