Enaxoparin sodium injection is a low molecular weight heparin that is an anticoagulant and thromboprophylactic agent. It is indicated for the prevention and treatment of deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, and prevention of recurrent venous thromboembolism. It is a non-crystalline, sterile, white to off-white lyophilized powder for intravenous injection.
