PRINCIPLE
This device is used of GICA double antigen sandwich method, The Ebola antigen conjugated to the colloidal gold is coupled on the label pad, to detect Ebola virus antibodies in serum or plasma.. When testing positive samples, Ebola virus antibodies in serum or plasma is bound with Ebola antigen which coupled with colloidal gold (IL-NP-Ag), immune complexes is formed, These complexes move on the nitrocellulose membrane by capillary action toward the test line region.
