Eco-friendly Screen Chemical Application: Water

ECO-FRIENDLY SCREEN CHEMICAL MESHPREP : Superactive eco-friendly degreasing agent for new and used screens. Meshprep will remove all oils and greases from the screen and dramatically improve the adhesion of the films to the screen. To use, wet the mounted bolting cloth (screen), apply few drops of MESHPREP evenly and rub with the nylon soft brush to evenly roughen the mesh as well as to remove the dirt and the grease particles and wash immediately. This is noncorrosive and can be applied to all type of screens. It is very friendly with the finger and the mesh and no blockage in the bolting cloth.   DIAZO SENSITIZER : Eco-friendly. highly effective, superfast sensitizer for direct unsensitized emulsions with good self|ife which will give sharp image and water resistant quality in Direct/ Indirect films (Fotoline) and any unsensitized emulsions.   AMMONIUM DICHROMATE: Orange coloured fine powered sensitizer for all unsensitized screen emulsions, mix 3g with 100g of unsensitized screen emulsion. Available in small 3gm pouches.   DECOAT : Eco-friendly, economical, concentrated power type emulsion removerfor Direct/indirect stencil films (Fotoline), unsensitized / pre-sensitized coating emulsion, photopolymer capillary films (Fotofix), indirect pre-sensitized stencil film (Fotostar) & photopolymer emulsions. To use, dissolve the 5 grams decoat power in 500 ml water & apply over the screen and rub with the soft nylon brush and clean with force water. For fresh stencil exposure, rinse with Meshprep (Degreaser).   STD-10: Eco-friendly, economical decoating solution for Direct / Indirect stencil films (Fotoline), unsensitized / pre- sensitized coating emulsion, photopolymer capillary films (Fotofix), indirect pre-sensitized stencil film (Fotostar) and photopolymer emulsions. To use, wet the screen apply STD-10 chemical both the sides and rub with soft nylon brush and clean with force water and for fresh stencil exposure, rinse with Meshprep (Degreaser)   TEXHARD - 93 : A single component screen hardening solution for all types of stencil materials like Direct / Indirect stencil films (Fotoline), photopolymer capillary films (Fotofix), photopolymer emulsions (Fotopolycoat, Fototexcoat) and ordinary unsensitized emulsions (Polyblue, Chromoline, Silkote-63, Fledstar) etc. Texhard-93 is directly applied to the final corrected screen and allowed to dry slowly. The dried screen is then washed in cold water. These hardened screens are water resistant and are useful for printing with water based inks. The hardened films are resistant to reclaiming solutions. It can also be used for printing multi colours in one screen with PVC, Gloss. Matt Inks by blocking unwanted areas with Silkote-63 and re-open with water without damaging the sharpness of the stencil.   HYDROGEN PEROXIDE : 20% volume activator for all indirect stencil films (Fotostar), also used as a developer in Standard pre-sensitized emulsions (5 Star, Chromoline PS, SR, Chromoline PS, WFl) for dilution, mix 1 part with 4 parts of water. Available in 450 ml bottle.
