Efficient Wear-Resistant Centrifugal Slurry Pump is a single-stage single-suction axial suction cantilever type centrifugal pump. The pump adopts a double-pump-case structure, Ba C: the front pump case, the rear pump case and the changeable flow passage parts (impeller, jacket, front protection plate, rear protection plate). The front and rear pump cases are made from gray cast iron or nodular cast iron according to working pressure and are vertically split in the middle. Pump outlet can be rotationally mounted in eight directions. The pump is widely applied to industries of metallurgy, mines, electricity, coal mine, water conservancy, chemical, coal washing, new building materials, refining, petroleum, etc. for hydraulic transportation of slurry, tailing slurry, coal slag, mud and sand, residual oil and sewage containing oil or sand. According to different media pumped, DMZ slurry pump is provided with various wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant flow passage components made from CM5M03, Cr26, Cr28, Cr30, 2Cr13, etc. Different impellers can be chosen according to the particle size of pumped media. The pump adopts: 1. Direct type connection (DC for short); 2. Longitudinal belt type connection (CL for short); 3. Vertical belt type connection (CV for short). Viewed from the direction of the motor, the pump should rotate clockwise and reversal is prohibited.
