These Electrical Heating Jackets are used for processing kettle, storage tank, drums etc. it can heat liquids upto 3000C. The heating elements of the jackets is perfectly insulated by glass sleeving. Fiberglass cloth is used for heating surface, Thick gauge M.S. sheets is used for outer casin, heating jacket is lagged with glasswool insulation with maximum thickness to achieve high efficency.
A separate temperature control unit is provided with temperature control regulators, switches and pilot lamps etc. Electric heating jackets are tailor made as per requirement. Send us the following details about your requirement.
Over all size of the vessels a Height, Length, Diameter etc. of the same the liquid to be heated in the same the maximum temperature to be heated in the jacket.
Electrical Heating Jackets used in the chemical plant for the S.S. Vessel capacity 300 Lit. the Jacket has three heating parts.
A separate temperature contrl unit with Electronic Digital Temperature Controller with PT 100 as Sensor is also provided.
