Electrostatic Precipitator Insulators

Our Electrostatic Precipitator Insulators contains:

2, Cylindrical Support Insulators;
3, Cross-wall bushing;
4, Shaft insulators;
5, Rapping insulators.
We got material C610 (alumina component 60%) especially for heavy-duty performance in demanding operating environments such as for electrostatic precipitators (ESP). The material is excellent for use at high temperatures in direct-current applications because of high volume resistivity and high content of aluminum oxide. Compared to the normal ceramic material, the C610 material could strongly reduce the ionic migration at high temperatures and DC stress.

Typical technical features are:
