* Fully dried solid hardwood frame after moth proofing and planed finish. Humidity between 12%-15%, (international sea shipment standard)
* Metal coil springs wrapped by non-woven fabric
* High resilience foam for cozy and durable effects
* Bonded polyester fiber between the leather and foam to prevent the seating area from sagging
* UK BS5852 and USA117 fire retardant foam available

High quality solid wood for inner frame: 3cm by 5cm hardwood beam after kiln drying process and moth proofing.
High quality plywood: thickness from 5mm,9mm, 12mm, 15mm
