Flooded Chillers

We offer our wide range of high quality shell & tube type DX / flooded chillers, which are manufactured by us in compliance with ASHRAE standards and unfired pressure vessels codes of TEMA / ASME. We also custom design these DX / flooded chillers for sea water marine application or with steels shells as per the specific requirements of our clients.

These DX / flooded chillers come in following dimensions:

* Capacity: from 3TR to 200TR.
* Size: from 6 inch to 30 inch in diameter.
* Length : from 3 feet to 24 feet over the tube heads
* Pressure capacity: 7 Kg per sq.cm gauge on shell side and 10.6
Kg per sq.cm gauge on refrigerant side
* Testing done : at 14 Kg per sq.cm gauge hydraulically followed
by 10.6 Kg. per sq.cm gauge on shell side pneumatically & 21 Kg
per sq cm gauge on tube side pneumatically
