Available in varied specifications, our assortment of G.I. Wires is manufactured by annealing, pickling and hot dip galvanizing of H.B. Wires with the use of latest machines.

Process:
* H.B wires are fed by pay off reel in lead annealing furnace
* Lead annealing furnace is used for desoaping and softening the wires
* Pickling, rinsing, and cleaning of the wire is done with the help of cleaning bath using water, acid and again washing it with fresh water
* Then these pickled, rinsed and flux coated wires are galvanized by using 99.9% pure electrolytic zinc
* The wiping system for coating control is selected as per the required galvanized coating (light, medium, heavy) that helps in achieving a smooth, uniform and required coating of zinc throughout the base metal.
