Gherkins are properly graded, sorted, culled, soaked and washed before being put into packaging medium in barrels (240L, 260L) of high density polyethylene certified for storage of food products.

We can supply all the sizes of Gherkins / cucumbers packed in drums


Our sizes are :

300+, 150/300, 60/160, 20/60, 10/20 and 5/20 ( count per kilo )

1-3 cm, 3-6 cm, 6-9 cm and 9-12 cm ( Length Basis )

We can also supply as per customer requirements,

We process and preserve our Gherkins in three type of media such as

1) Gherkins in Vinegar
2) Gherkins in acetic acid
3) Gherkins brine

We preserve the Gherkins in these above mentioned media and pack into the big drums and supplying to around the world for the canning industry as raw materiel for their retail packing and supply to their supplies chain
