The leaves have had a chance to dry, they are rolled again. If the cooling process has begun to dry the leaves, they are mixed with some of the juice preserved from the first rolling to prevent breakage during rolling. The second rolling is done without pressure and gives the leaf a pleasing twist. The leaves are then dried a final time in a conventional dryer and spread out to cool. Furthermore, we provide this Green Tea at very nominal rates.
