H13 Die Steel

We are instrumental in providing to our valuable customers excellent quality H13 Die Steel which is available with following Features:-
* High heat strength and hardness
* High toughness, high thermal fatigue and wear-resistant
* Small heat deformation
* The tendency of the appearance of iron oxide scale is small in air quenching

Heat treatment:
* Annealed & hardness: 860-890A C, HBa 229
* Quenching: 1000-1030A C, oil cooling or air cooling
* Tempering & hardness: 560-580A C, tempering for two times, 47-49HRC
* Hardness: 53-55HRC

Application: Used in manufacture of extrusion dies, the mandrel, the forging mold for die forging hammer, forging press dies and die insert for precision forging machine as well as aluminum, copper die-casting mold.
