In this circumstances, the LRSS has been focusing to those women artisans who belongs to deprived and helpless sections of the society such as widows, destitute, Person with Disability (PwD) etc. however, they have artistic talent and making beautiful articles of Mithila Painting and other Mithila crafts. In fact, the target women are needs the attention of civil society so that they can get income to uplift their civic life.
