Heatless Dryers

These heatless dryers work on the principle of adsorption. Exal heatless type (10-2000 cfm) dryers have been optimized to suit industry needs. Firstly, the wet compressed air is passed through a desiccant. Desiccant then absorbs the moisture from the compressed air,which results in the drying of the air. The heatless dryer comprises 2 towers, which alternately work on drying and regenerating cycle. The towers of the heatless dryer is filled with a bed of adsorbent desiccant, which adsorbs the moisture from the incoming wet air by the drying cycle. The regeneration tower removes the adsorbed moisture by using small portions of the dried air that pass through the desiccant. The cycle is well-kept using a control panel, which vents the air in to the atmosphere.
