High Grade Toroidal Core

We are making and supplying High Grade Toroidal Cores in Delhi, India. At present advance stage of technology the electrical industry is making greater use of strip wound magnetic cores from cold rolled grain oriented steel featuring excellent magnetic property in the rolling direction, increase space factor, higher permeability lower power loss and magnetizing current, lower core loss and lower fabrication stress sensivity. This gives comparatively a lower cost to the user. To construct the core grain-oriented silicon-iron slits to form a ribbon of steel, which is the wound like a very tight clock spring. The results are a core in which all the molecules are aligned with the direction of flux. Molecules not aligned with the flux direction increase a core's reluctance, (the tendency for opposing magnetic induction), degrading performance to the level of common steel when the molecules as 90 o out of phase.
