High Grade Vibro Sifter By N.m.engineers

We are Supplying High Grade Vibro Sifters in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The Sifter is a sieving unit vibrating in three planes axis. It has been accomplished by a specially designed Vibratory Motor having eccentric weights at the top and bottom ends of the motor shaft. The motor is mounted vertically at the centre of the screening assembly on a circular base by means of springs which allows to vibrate freely. The springs absorb the vibrations and prevent them from being transmitted to the floor. The units are available in GMP or NON GMP model and capacities from 300mm to 1800mm dia.

*Multiplan vibrations of the materials are achieved by :
1. Rotation of the upper weight creates vibrations in the horizontal planes, enabling the material to
move across the screen from the centre to the periphery.
2. Rotation of the lower weight gives vibrations in the vertical and tangential planes.
3. The relative positions of the upper and lower weights can be manipulated to obtain various screening patterns, thereby achieving maximum production and screening efficiency for a variety
of products, may be wet / dry, fine / coarse, heavy or light etc.

VIBRO SIFTER SALIENT FEATURES:
1. All contact parts are made from SS 304 / SS 316 quality materials.
2. Screens are interchangeable silicon rubber moulded ( lead free).
3. Compact and easy to dismantle for cleaning.
4. Flame proof drive can be supplied as optional.
