The equipment is a self contained and portable unit for the process of size reduction.
It uses the principle of impact & pushing directly. The product is dropped vertically from the feed hopper in a perforated screening chamber where in it comes in contact with oscillating blade having hexagon shape tie bars rotating slow speed (having 140 oscillation/minute ). This can be used for dry as well as wet granulation. Odd-size materials / granules can be reduced to the required size by using interchangeable perforated screens around the Oscillating blades. The machine is widely used in the production of Uniform Granules. The unit is available in GMP / NON GMP models.
